BodyMedia Armband...WOW!

Ok if you guys don't have a BodyBugg, Fitbit, or Bodymedia....consider purchasing one. I got my BodyMedia armband and it's jsut a basic one that syncs to my computer. It doesn't have a digital display or capabilities to hook up to my smart phone but I plug it into my computer and it syncs amazingly...

So I put it on at about 8:45 in themorning before I headed to my Hip Hop Hustle instructor training. Took me maybe 15 minutes to set it up with the computer and downloadeverything and it went so smooth and easy. So I had it on my arm the whole day at training, and it counted all my steps like a pedometer and how long I was doing physical activity. It said I did 4 hours and 33 minues of physical activity and from the time I put it on I had burned 2951 calories and staken almsot 17,000 steps!!! And I wore it while I was sleeping and it counted that I slept 8 hours and 33 minutes and burned 600 somecalories jsut by being alive. I can tell that I didn't burn it from working out, my body just burned it itself by working and nreathing normally, because it said I had 0 minutes of physical activity. It tracks intense physical activity and moderate.

The best thing about this is, you can log calories on the activity manger, which i don't cuz they have no foods, OR you track it all on myfitnesspal then put in the # of calories you ate all day at the end of the day when you sync it. it will show you the deficit you created that day!!! it takes 3500 defecit to lose a pound of fat so no more than 1000 a day is recommended!

I went and had mexican after that training and I estimated I ate about 2700 calories that day. I still had an 800 calorie defecit at the end of the day because i have so much muscle i ended up burning almost 4000 all together by being alive and working out for 4 1/2 hours. \

I'm so happy I have this device cuz now I know what my bodsy burns at rest!!! I upped my calories last week cuz I was like huh, maybe i'm not feeding my metabolism correctly I work out so much...I was creating like 1500-1600 calories defecits a day and my metabolism was STARVING!!! I lost 4.4 lbs in a week by eating more.


Get one of these. You won't regret it!!!!!!
