Hey Dolls!!
I hope everyone found the thread alright! This is where we will be posting weigh-ins & challenges as well as checking in with eachother over the course of the group.
I just wanted to clarify things since i've gotten a few questions.....
The weight loss goal for this challenge should be the goal you'd like to achieve by our final weigh-in on June 24th, not your final goal (but could be).
The Non Scale Goal should be something measurable, while i have no objections to wanting compliments or to look good at an event those things are a matter of perception & for the purpose of the challenge I think it should be something that comes from within ourself, not outside sources such as friends or family.
With that being said I will post everyones username, weight loss goal & non scale goal...if anyone would like any changes to be made let me know & i'll be happy to make changes to the spreadsheet. If you are satisfied with your goals I will take that as an official acceptence into the challenge!

Is it too late to join? I would really like to participate!
Name: Summer
Starting weigh: 134.4
Goal weight: 124
Non Scale Goal: so flatten my stomach after 2 C-sections and be comfortable in a bikini this summer at the pool with my kiddos!
& a brief Introduction about yourself: I am 34 and a wife and also a mother of 2 toddlers. I work full time and have very limited tiem to work out, but I'm making it a mission to do that this year. So far i have lost 20 pounds, but still have some more to go! YAY!0 -
Let's do this, dolls!0
-
I'd like to change my goal weight. It should be 175 by the end of the challenge. Thanks for the clarification. I don't think I'd be able to do 57 lbs by then. LOL :-)0
-
If it's not too late to join, may I also be added?
Weight loss goal: 40 lbs
Non Scale Goal: Purchase a bra at a department store, not a specialty shop
I am 27, married, and work full time. I am looking to get fit and healthy. I am working towards my black belt in karate and would love for that to be a little easier by losing this weight. It makes it very hard for me to do what is asked of me because almost everything they ask hurts me to do it. I have not been able to purchase a bra at a regular store for about 7 years now and that would make me so happy to achieve!0 -
I would like to change my challenge goals. Weight goal 20 lbs. and non weight goal feel comfortable in a bathing suit. Actually put one back on! I did my planks today and they were harder than I thought, but I did it along with my couch to 5k workout!0
-

My bad Samantha... i'm going to have to change my challenge goal weight to 195lbs by the end. That should be about an additional 20lb drop. I can do that, no problem. :smokin:0

OMG, I just did the plank (beginner's version) and I almost couldn't make it! I thought it was going to be easy, heck no! How are you ladies doing?0
-
2 minutes complete. I did it in three 40-second intervals. Planks never get easyyyy!0
-
Doing the plank is intense...I have to do beginner plank as well but i think the more we practice the better it will get. I made my husband do the plank with me which helped.0
