Yes I actually do have a pilates DVD. I've only been doing it once a week though. I have a few different DVDS that I switch up but maybe I will start doing the pilates more. Some of those moves are definitely tough!! :laugh:0

I agree with the pilates suggestion. It really "changed my body" When I started doing pilates regulary I really saw a change. Also circuit training, which I've started recently, has really jumpstarted my toning. I've been at it for about a month and I'm getting the arms I've always wanted, toned and lean. Although I don't like yoga it is really good for your body too.0
