I can barely run because I have bad ankles, and slight asthma. Does anyone know some exercises I can do at home that won't stress my ankles but will still help me build my leg muscles? And I need a workout that doesn't involve push ups or weights to help build my biceps and triceps. I'm also trying to slim my waist but have no clue how. I need exercises that I'll get results fast.

AND I need some ideas of what to eat in the morning that will energize me, but isn't big. I can't eat in the morning and I prefer liquids.

Another thing to take into account is I'm lactovegetarian. Which means no meat or eggs allowed. But dairy is ok. :)

For morning food you can try a protein shake/drink. You can get powder you mix with milk/water (prob cheaper) or premade shakes, Iknow Special K has a protein shake. For your ankles I would make sure you are wearing very supportive shoes and maybe check with a doc if there are any ankle supports/wraps you could use.
Have you tried Yoga? Might be a good option. Also lunges and squats could work too. For building arm muscles you may have a hard time without any added weight. You could try a resistance band. Tricep dips are good too, that just uses a chair or stool and your body weight.
Here is a link with a trainer I know demonstrating how to do these exercises correctly. Any exercise done wrong can injure you. Good luck!!

  • Try having a protein shake made with your preferred protein powder and 6 oz water 1/ 2 cup ice add 2 tbspn hemp hearts and Prairie Premium - Ground Flax Seed, 1 tbsp (15 g) THEN ADD IN YOUR PREFERRED ADD-INS..

the hemp heart are found at a health food store or online and they help keep your blood sugar levels even during the day.

i didnt believe it until it tried it and Yes it does work - the key is to add them to your breakfast cereal in your smoothie or on top of your toast..

    my personal add ins are

1: add 1/4 pkg STARBUCKS VIA instant coffee and 1 tbspn dark unsweetened cocoa powder n small amt sweetener - stevia and you have a mocha smoothie

2: add 1/2 cup your favorite frozen fruit - i use blueberrys or raspberrys,
Activia - Danone Probiotic Yogurt - Blueberry 100g,
