Hi, Ken Monson living in Eagan MN. Just found MFP and love it, the perfect tool to keep me motivated. I love tracking both calories and excercises in one place and the barcode scanner is awesome.

    I am from Minnesota. I just started this MFP today and I already love it. What barcode scanner are you talking about? I do this mostly on my computer at work but I also have the app on my phone.

    Go Minnesotans! I wish I had a smart phone for that fancy app, you can scan barcodes with the phone and it loads all the nutrition info for ya. It's super slick.

    The MFP app on my iPad has a barcode scanner for adding foods. I just scan the barcode, edit how many servings, and click add.
