How do you feel about pilates?? Anybody try it??

  • LOVE it! Nothing's better for strengthening those core muscles that prevent/ease back pain. And that's just for starters! Love the stretching and strengthening, too!

    I love it! I feel strong, tall, and flexible. If you are not flexible, it may take awhile to get use to it, but don't give it! You will love how you look and feel!

  • On this note, I just discovered last night that Netflix streaming has some Pilates DVDs on their line-up! Great way to check it out!
