I am back/new

Hi! I found mfp back in july while on vacation and used it to try to start a routine of journaling food & calories. It worked great for the time i was on vacation i lost 5#. I have since gained it back + some in what seems like all belly fat. I have today off of work and thought I would start back on mfp and this time I found all of these wonderful message boards with support and useful information. I am inspired and hopeful that i can start and keep a routine to make a life style change for good. Must say I am afraid of failure again. But I am not going to give up on myself. If interested I would appreciate your helping hand and friendship.
