are you making your own or is shari's a restaurant? if you are making our own i add all the ingredients:flowerforyou: together calorie wise and go from there/

you'd have to ask them what they put in them, then find out the nutritional info in that syrup, then find out what kind of butter they use. then you'd have to weigh one and see how many oz. they are each. then and only then could you find out how many calories they are.

My advice? If they don't know the nutritional value, stick with things that are pretty static. Like eggs, whole wheat toast, or fruit and veggies. Or better yet, eat breakfast at home.

I know this sucks (trust me, breakfast used to be my favorite "go out and eat" meal.) but I gave that up, and I'm better for it.

1order is generally 1-3 pancakes it varies im betting its 3 because 675 would seem rational
