Burning Calories While Cleaning

I have a new regime now when I pick up the house - and it doesn't even feel like I'm exercising!
I pop in the Leslie Sansone Walk at Home - 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk and do it as I go.

Anyone else do similar "exercises"?

    This is going to offend people, but it drives me absolutely crazy when people put Cleaning down as exercise. Maybe if they are doing it with another program like you, but some people aren't and it drives me bonkers. I have no idea why either.

    I only put cleaning as an exercise when I am moving furniture and actually sweating. I understand what you are saying but don't cut a good house-cleaning session short. :wink:
