Hi there! 2nd time mom trying to lose weight....anyone else?

I have been doing this for a couple of weeks ago and it's been fun to capture all the foods that I've been eating, but it's also been frustrating. My 2nd son is 3-months old and I'm only breastfeeding and my oh my, it's hard. My husband is doing this with me and we have totally changed the way we eat--his weight seems to be falling off (he has lost 13lbs), but I've only lost 3. :( I keep reading that it's difficult to lose while bf, but after 3-weeks, I'm starting to get so discouraged. I should add that we also are doing P90X and I am doing cardio 6 days a week. P90X is amazing and I can say that I've lost inches and my belly has gone down significantly.

I would be interested to hear from other folks who are exclusively BF or folks who have been successful while bf (encouraging words are always appreciated). I definitely eat back all my exercise calories, but even that can be difficult when you don't feel like eating....thanks for taking time to read this, it really does help to vent. :wink:
