ive been logging as cuircut training but not 100% sure myself0

You can log it as circuit training or create your own exercise and enter in the time and calories that way.0

I use a heart rate monitor and the mfp log under circuit training low balls by about 100. A heart rate monitor is really the best way to see what you burn. Not actually knowing where your heart rate was everything else is just an estimate. Have fun, Jillian will kick your booty0
