    You can log it as circuit training or create your own exercise and enter in the time and calories that way.

    did you find that it was pretty accurate after you got your heart rate monitor? i dont have one

    I'm trying to remember how close it was (or wasn't!) - I've had it for awhile now and always log things that way. Sorry! Hopefully someone else will be able to give you a good answer.

    I use a heart rate monitor and the mfp log under circuit training low balls by about 100. A heart rate monitor is really the best way to see what you burn. Not actually knowing where your heart rate was everything else is just an estimate. Have fun, Jillian will kick your booty :)
