Hello Everyone, my name is Charlene. I am way overweight and decided to see if I could keep track of what I eat and hopefully lose a few...quite a few actually...pounds. I would like to lose at least 70 pounds, but I am shooting for 100. I have really fat arms, so anyone has anything that works, let me know.

Hey! Welcome to MFP! This website has the weight loss process pretty much down, so you can do it!
As for the arms, don't you worry about that, as you lose weight, the fat will come off from everywhere. So just keep at it and you'll be fine. But if you want, strength training never hurts when trying to tone up. So you could throw some push ups or something in with the cardio if you want.0 -
welcome welcome! what would you like to know about weight loss? i personally try to eat all natural foods and no fake butter or oils and i stay away from sugar and wheat.0

Myfitness pal is great because it lets you talk with people that have similar problems with weight loss and you can share what works.0

Thanks everyone. I hate push ups, but I will make them my next challenge. My goal as of today is to start out doing 15 push ups and to add 1 additional push up every week.0
