Slow Cooker + Fish (Sole)

I have tons of sole in my freezer and am having trouble finding a recipe online for my slow cooker. Suggestions?

    A Chowder is the only thing I can think of. Fish is going to turn to mush in a slow cooker. That's probably why there aren't any recipes.

    If it's a time thing. Spend a few hours on a Sunday and make a big batch of fish cakes with it. Freeze them and then take them out as needed.
