Time to make a change and any support would be appreciated!

Fighting weight has always been a challenge for me. At times I have done well and other times I have failed miserably. This is the first time I have gone outside of my own "will power" for support and guidance. Over the years I have managed to go from 6' -195 pounds to 6' - 245 lbs. My goal is to get back to 195 lbs and be able to maintain it for life. I have decided to quit thinking and talking about it like I have been doing for the past 10 years and finally take permanent action.

This is where I need help. I have started down this path before and lost some weight and then slipped right back into my old bad habits only to find myself right back where I started. I am sure I am not the only one out there that battles this problem. Any advice and direction would be greatly appreciated.

I have already joined a 5 month health challenge with a team of 3 other people. I hope this will help.
