Started watching what I ate after being in college the first two years. Started running more.

Continued this trend, even into the dangerous levels my third year of college.. I ate under 1200 calories a day, and still did quite a bit of exercise.

Ended up in the hospital after my body stopped responding. Got out and got my act together.

Much happier and feelin confident about myself. It's hard to get through - Weight loss because of paticence and weight flunctuation. When you find yourself at your goal weight, being happy with your image can be hard too with everything shown around you.

Don't do what I did, and land yourself a full week's trip to the hospital. It's not worth it.
