Hello All

Well where to begin

I am already on my weight loss journey and have joined here to help me with the final push

Approx 3-4 years ago I weighed in at 18stone 12 pounds and over the last few years I have lost around 92lb - about 6 and a half stone, I still have about 2-3 stone left to go until I am at my goal of 10 and a half stone.

I have posted a pic of me before and current.. I can't wait to post my "goal" photo :D
