Cleaning Fairy!

So have you heard of our cleaning fairy? My boyfriend loves our cleaning fairy!! She vacuums, mops, cleans kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, sitting room, hall, stairs & landing, washes clothes, dries them, folds them and puts them away.

He just comes home from work and it's done! Even if the house isn't clean he knows it will get done! He cooks the odd meal and might clean up after...

She does the shopping, cleans out the fridge, restocks the cleaning supplies, kitchen paper and toilet paper. AND she still has to find time to go to work 50 hours a week and work out!!

Does anyone else have one of these in their house?

We've got one too, my husband also has a magic laundry basket, things go in dirty then magically reappear clean and ironed!

Actually I have to say he has improved slightly...a couple of times he has actually ironed, but its only taken him 13 years and 2 kids to make that step, lol! Tell him you're too exhausted for nookie cos you're spending so much time cleaning etc. that sometimea works them into action, lol xx

Yep, and she sucks! I told my husband he could take a second wife as long as she's rich and does all the cleaning. So far no takers...

Wow, I must have done something really bad in my past life for the cleaning fairy not to show up! LOL! I wish she would come here. My hubby is deployed and I have a 2 yr old and a 3 month old...hmmmm, is there some chant or dance I can do to make her come?

Mine charges by the hour, comes in for a few hours on Thursdays, and does a great job. Hiring a housekeeper was one of the best decisions I've made.

Ahhhh, we have one of those too. Only she doesn't have to work 50 hours a week and she wonders OFTEN how the hell other cleaning fairies do it and she is in total awe of them. BUT this cleaning fair does manage to turn cleaning into a dance party/exercise to better multi task. (Getting too hard to talk about myself in the third person.... :noway: ) I turn on the music and set a timer on the stove for 60 minutes. Then I dance and clean vigorously for the entire time. If I'm not exhausted after 60 minutes...then I add more time at the end. I have a HRM and I burn about 300 calories/hour of cleaning. Plus its super fun with the right music....I swear to god, it really is fun.

^^This^^ except for me it's my husband and I who share her duties. We also force our 4 children to take on some them as well.
