Ripped in 30 level 2

I just did ripped in 30 level 2. Did anyone else have a hard time at first? I'm very capable of doing the moves, but they were kind of hard to figure out at first. Like the jumprope w/ the kick I had a hard time with.

Also, my HRM said I burned 330 calories, does that sound right? I'm 5'5" and 166.
