I would say go high in calories in the morning to keep you going and have a mid size lunch, hit the gym after work and make room for dinner.........0

Pina Colada Porridge every morning without fail, found the recipe on here.
1/3 C oats, 2/3 C water, microwaved for 1m30.
Then topped with 6g LSA (not from original recipe, but nice), 6g dessicated coconut, and about 70g of crushed pineapple in juice.
