Hi all. wish I had know about this sooner I have sunk loads of cash into weight watchers and tesco's with no real results, atleast now i can track my exercise and diet for free and even if i don't lose weight, I haven't lost and money either.

im 32 live in the UK. i love gaming on my PC and PS3. I have CFS and Hypothyroidism which makes exercising hard and losing weight nigh on impossible.

doings a trial of Holland and Barrett's yeast raiders atm and posting a day by day account of all effects and changes i;m having on the capsules.


Hope to make some friends here . If anyone else had CFS, hypothyroidism and / or candida problems would love to hear from you and compare notes.
