Sauteed Mushrooms

1/4 cup
1 clove
1 pound
1/8 teaspoon fat free chicken broth
garlic, minced
fresh mushrooms, whole or sliced
ground black pepper
In a large skillet heat the chicken broth.
Add the garlic, mushrooms and pepper.
Saute mushrooms uncovered over medium heat until tender and most of liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
Recipe Serves About: 4
