Well, I weight 158 right now ( Highest was 163 ), and my Height is 5'3". My goal weight is 120! I'm looking for someone that would like to loose wight with me, I mean we would see progress of the other and it would give motivation!

I would be happy to help and give each other and give motivation. I was 168 at one point and am at 155 right now. I'd Like to get to 135 as a goal. I'm 5'4.

Hi, I am 5'1 1/4 and weight as of today 155.4. Down 2 pounds since starting last week. Don't have any pics but you can imagine basedon the weight & height. hi I weigh 155 highest was 168 . I have a simular body. My arms and tummy are the hardest parts to lose the weight. I hate showing my arms!!! I am 5feet 5 inches I wear size 9/10 I would like to get support also to help lose weight How do we connect online to support each other?
