Hello. My name is Chelsea. I actually started dieting on January 3, and have lost 5 pounds. Friends and family are very supportive of me trying to lose weight. I just would like to have someone who is going right along with me. I am attempting I guess my own little diet. Just eating healthy 3 times a day. Haven't really worked in exercise yet, but once I lose like 30 pounds, you bet I'll be hitting up the gym. If anybody has any tips for me, please feel free to share. I'm attempting to lose about 125 pounds. I'll be here a while, and would love to have a success story.
