I just recieved my book Lift Like a Man Look Like a Goddess and I am so confused on how to start stage one. Anyone have some advice?

    Are you talking about the book "The New Rules of Lifting for Women" by Lou Schuler? Subtitle is "Lift like a man, look like a goddess."

    What exactly are you confused about? Have you read the entire book?

    Ya, sure.

    Go to page 140 for your first workout.

    That's Stage 1, Workout A1:
    Do 2 sets of squats with 60 seconds rest in between.
    Then rest 60 seconds.
    Then Do 15 pushups
    rest 60 seconds
    do 15 seated rows.
    rest 60 seconds
    Do 15 pushups
    rest 60 seconds
    do 15 seated rows.
    rest 60 seconds
    do 15 step ups
    rest 60 sec
    8 jacknives
    rest 60 sec
    do 15 step ups
    rest 60 sec
    8 jacknives
    DONE!
