Hi!

I joined because my friend told me last year about it and I am finally serious about keeping track of my food intake and my exercise. I am a 33 year old stay at home and a "recovering potential alcoholic". I also stopped smoking a few months ago. My weight has been an issue for almost half of my life now. I thought I would get healthy after I quit the drinking and smoking but I only gained more weight. Well I say no more! :) I want to do this the healthy way and hopefully make a few friends along the way. :) Feel free to add me as a friend on here if that is possible. I haven't looked at all of the cool stuff yet but I definitely will. :)

    Well first off, congrats for quitting!!! Very commendable all that you've done thus far. That's huge. Second, congrats for also making that first step towards a healthy life :)
