Hi All, I'm looking for some inspiration and motivation. I'm 35 and live in NC currently but originally from OK! I have 100 pounds to lose and am just getting started.

    Hi Laurie, You'll love it here, it has been a godsend for me, being able to stick to it. I live in southern Va, not too far from NC.
