Looking for some journal criticism......

if anyone can review my journal and give some pointers.

Before you do that:

1. Today was an off day so I already know today was not good. lol

2. I dont ever remember to track my water but get it in everyday.

Other then that please give advice or pointers or things I can do to help myself get unstuck.

I am not completely stuck. I lost 3 lbs last week and only gained a .6 this week which I am sure is just adjusting to being back on track.
