Healthy Diet at Disney World

any suggestions? My friend and I have the meal plan that includes one Quick Service and One Table Service meal per day. I figure with all the walking, I might not need to watch it 100% while I am down there (we have 3.5 days down in the "world" But would welcome any suggestions on good salads, grilled entrees etc you have had down there.

Each time I go I pay attention to what I eat and splurge a little, but not a ton. Sunshine Seasons in Epcot is probably your healthiest option as they have a lot of fresh ingredients grown there that they use. Most quick service places will have a salad as an option and they have been adding more and more grilled sandwiches which aren't loaded with tons of crap either.
The last time I was there in October it was for Food and Wine. I actually didn't gain a thing over that week. I was shocked. I did try to make better choices and not get burgers and fries all of the time. My fiancé and I also split some meals which saved money and calories. I'm actually heading there again this week and my plan is just to use common sense and log it the best I can so at least I have an idea what I'm doing.
Disney doesn't provide nutritional information for the most part, but as you use common sense you should be ok. They don't tend to add as much crap to food as some chain restaurants do.
