When do you find it's best to work out? I have an almost two year old and a 6 month old so my time is pretty limited.. At the end of the day I'm so stinkin tired! When I get up in the morning it's like he's waiting for me...I walk in the kitchen and he's up! lol And how do you keep motivated when you're so tired?! I find that I just can't keep consistant with my workouts. So I suppose any advice you have would be great!

I know how you feel!!! I have three kids... the oldest two are in school now but I still have a toddler home during the day. Honestly.. I had to get a YMCA membership just so I could have access to a day care to do my workout and get a little time to myself .... If you are working out at home maybe try getting up extra early before the kids wake up... or try to settle them into a routine nap time and do your workout then. Have you thought about getting a double jogging stroller? It's a nice way to get yourself and the kids out for fresh air and you get to work in a little cardio too.... I got a double bike trailer to pull my kids along on bike rides, they loved it, plus there is a storage area in the trailer so I can ride to the store and do a little bit of shopping too... gas saver ; ) .... Good Luck = )0

I have a 5,almost 4 and almost 2 year old. I put the baby down for a nap at about 11:30-12 (after they eat lunch) and tell the girls to join in with me or go play in their room for 20 mins! And I do the Jillian Micheals 30 Day shred! It gets it all in in 20 mins!! Since we moved to the country I had to figure something out, we did A LOT of walking in the city but here, there's no where to walk and the oldest takes the bus to school.
So far this works for me0 -
I have two little girls, my oldest is 3 and my youngest is 10 months. I exercise when the baby has her morning nap. Usually around 9 or 9:30. We have an iPad, so I pop on a show or a game for my 3 year old, and I do my Wii Zumba. Some days she even does Zumba with me, which is super cute:) if the baby decides a nap is not in her schedule for th day I load both kids In a stroller and go for a walk.0
