trying to lose that last 10 pounds for my wedding!

So my last year's resolution= totally done! I lost about 23 pounds by August and I'm at 155 (my goal was to lose 20...30 would be better!). So this year, my resolution is to lose that last ten pounds that just won't go away! I am pretty good about calorie cutting, (fried food kills me though) but my huge problem is finding the motivation to workout. I just can't do it! I keep putting off going to the gym...what kind of stuff motivates you? what are some quick calorie burners I can do? Even if its just a few extra here and there.
