3 min flax bread

Ok so got this great recipe today- 3 min FLAX MILL BREAD, its actually really good and does the trick for anyone trying to cut down on carbs or are on a low cal diet..... Ingredients: 1 egg, 2 tbs of flax mill ( golden or brown) ,1/2 tsp of baking powder, 1 tsp butter ( or your preferred sub) Directions-soften butter in a flat based bowl add your flax, egg and powder stir real well together microwave for 2 mins wahla- done that simple and so good toasted or eaten just like that... 52.25 cal per serving (slice) 205 cal for whole loaf I have inputted it in the food database- ENJOY
