i'm grilled up some chicken breast for lunch. its being marinated in saffron, lemon juice, and olive oil. should i count the marinade when i'm adding up the calories?

    olive oil is good for you, you need healthy fats as well as other macronutrients!

    I always count the marinade for the fats and sodium, especially if prepackaged stuff.

    that sounds like a yummy marinade, might try it myself!!
