Schedule times to eat?

Hi so I have had a really hard time getting up to 1000 calories a day, especially on the weekends, which is weird since weekends used to be my binge days.

But anyways MFP told me to eat 1500 cal a day and I just have not been able to get anywhere close to that the past 3 days!

I was wondering if I should schedule times to eat and how much to eat on the days that I have trouble getting up there so I don't go into starvation mode.

I tried eating a bunch tonight to get up there but I ended up eating too much for my stomach to handle and ended up triggering my bulimia, which is NOT something I want to do again when I am eating perfectly nutritional food.

    I'm diagnosed bulimic also, and I find that if I plan, (for the most part) prep, and log my meals the day before, I'm far less likely to do what I do best, eat nothing or devour everything and purge.
