It sucks!
what I have found works for me is getting a big ole glass of water....helps feel me up so I don't fee full / want to eat...
and I get my butt working out somehow. Even 15 minutes of something ...it's a distraction - and then when I'm done I feel good about working out, so I don't feel tempted.
If there's something I *REALLY* want - well, you can eat whatever you want if you are willing to work for it. So - is that piece of cake worth X minutes of whatever workout?
Oh - and sugar free gum. Chewing it (or even ice!) helps me satisfy that part of the urge.0 -
That's a hard thing to overcome... just try to mentally grasp that every calorie counts. Going over a little and going over a lot are vastly different! Think about working out for a little while (5 minutes) vs. working out for a long time (an hour) and realize that they are not the same. I'm sorry you're dealing with this hon... I'm sending strength your way!0
