I know green tea is good for weight loss, but I was wondering do you guys think Decaf green tea is just as good as regular for the benefits or does the caffiene provide part of the effect?

I just read an article in my fitness magazine about Green Tea. The article said both are work great.0

The caffeine helps boost your metabolism, but decaf will have all the others.0

The amount of caffeine in it will not make a difference. Keep in mind that it will take at least 4-6 cups of green tea (steeped for five mins) to provide any form of weight loss benefit.0

It's fab stuff I swear by it! Caffeine helps things move faster but it still has all it's great detoxing abilities! Less caffeine is better for you anyway! :-)0
