I am a 36 year old Mom of 4 young children. Recently I stepped on the scale to discover that I now weigh as much as the day I delivered my triplets!!! Ugh, how did I let this happen?! I could use some friendship and motivation to hit my pre-pregnancy weight... 55 lbs to lose. Any advice or support would be appreciated, esp from any Mom's who have struggled to make fitness a priority. I am feeling a little overwhelmed, but am determined to re-establish some healthier habits and set a better example for my kids. Please consider friending me for some mutual support...thanks!
