I need an easy protein snack to make! help please
Me and my partner made these yummy protein muffins the other day using his powder. I want to make something both of us can have. Ideally low cal but if about 200 thats fine. Lots of protein too! The bars at the gym are too expensive. Nice but expensive! Thanks in advance nothing too pricey to make. We do have protein powder. The last one was choc peanut butter. Yum.

I've got a microwave omelette maker that makes a reasonable job of a 2 egg omelette0

You can make your own hummus out of canned or dried chickpeas - it's pretty easy. You could eat it with baby carrots (or any other kind of vegetable to dip) or rice crackers. You could also make your own greek yoghurt dip for veges.
You can buy:
Low fat cheese
Low calorie yoghurt
Small portions of peanut butter or other nut butter
Small portions of meat i.e. salami sticks
Small serving of nuts
A glass of skim milk
(Personally, I like to use food as fuel, not powders and supplements etc.)0 -
One of my favorite snacks are rice cakes with a tiny bit of peanut butter and to Jazz it up choose a flavored rice cake.0

I like to make protein shakes! I just started making them and they are great!
1 scoop Elite Fusion Rich Chocolate
2 tsp creamy peanut butter
1c. unsweetened silk almond milk (35 calorie one)
6 icecubes
So good!
Another snack I got from a friend that is real quick is
1 tub of lite whipped topping
1 box of chocolate fat free-sugar free pudding mix
1 scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein
2 tablespoons of unsweetened silk almond milk
Just whip it all together! Yummy snack!
Also
1/4 cup raw oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
3 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
mix it all together and roll them into balls and place in fridge for 20 mins.
If you really want a fix take 1/8 c dark chocoalte chips and 1 tsp organic coconut oil and melt in microwave together.. carefull do not use a tubbaware, it will melt through it i know! then mix it up real good and drizzle over peanut butter oatmeal balls and set back into fridge another 20 mins til chocolate hardens... YUM YUM!0
