Hey guys,
Since a couple days before New Years until now i've been eating pretty badly. Before that, I had a really good exercise and food routine (eating clean) and i was loosing weight really consistently for pretty much the first time in my life. Then since New Years, going on holiday(buffets....not good for me) and having weird work routines I feel the crap food has triggered something in me and now i can't get back on track with completely eating right. It's like since my body's gotten that junk food/processed foods it just craves it more!
I've noticed that i try and eat fairly healthy during the day (not in the past couple days ha) and at dinner that's where all my calories pile on....it doesn't help when i'm at friends houses. I'm having a substantial breakfasts too! I'm too scared to even step on the scale...

What i'm asking is how do i stop myself from temptations like this? If it's in front of me at dinner it's so hard. Mum bought home french fries tonight and i couldn't stop eating them!
p.s i asked mum the temptation question and she replied "If i knew the answer i would be a very rich woman" haha!
Thanks in advance guys.. x

You need to learn to say no. I say no all the time. When theres cake, chocolate and any unhealthy food offered to me.

Either say no, or eat it in moderation.

Personally for me, my discipline and self control is lacking if I have a taste. Because of this, I opt into having nothing at all. I look at it and smell it. That way, two of my senses are satisfied :P.

Think to yourself: Would you prefer the 20 seconds of pleasure from eating that food or would you rather the lifetime of pleasure from changing your appearance? I know what I choose.

Find healthy alternatives to treats. I have sugar-free jelly. Its 20 calories a bowl. Its fantastic.
