Hi everyone, I'm christelle, I've currently lost 14 lbs-- 6 kilos. I'm happy about it. but the funny thing is I can binge once every two weeks. And still lose weight. I have been drinking green tea on and off, but mostly I have been dancing my weight to a lower one. I've once lost 15 kilos with just dancing. I'm at my qauter mark where I want to lose 23 more kilos, so that I can weigh 60 kilos again. whenever I'm 60 kilos I am a size 34. I'm going to lose weight. but I need a few buddies who can tell me what foods I should stop eating. I'm currently weighing 82,2 kilos. (use to be 88,9 kilos.) I have a stomach that starts to make me feel like I have just eaten a bit and I feel nausia because I ate. I have never had surgery before in my entire life. I've had only dancing as my constant coach for getting me into shape and awake for my studies. The one person who saw me dance was a close friend and she was amazed that she saw a few of my moves. I got embarrest. :) but I'm going to try and stop being shy, because I have so much to live for. Dancing and writing is my passion. But I've signed up to the fire department, because I want to help the cummunity.
