Cal value of an hour of Zumba!

Anyone have any idea how I calculate the cal value of an hour of Zumba? Im trying a class tonight for the first time (eek). Only thing is, it doesnt come up under the exercise search section. Maybe I should just do the class and not count the cals, but Im intrigued to know just how it works out.

i just was wondering the same thing. I started a beginners class and I used low impact aerobics was 694 for an hour0

I just worked it out and even if I only go at a "low" pace (which I will lol) it will burn 496 cals. Thats amazing!!!! x0
