17 days in.. new to MFP

17 days in to my Diet or lets call it cutting down on junk food and upping the cardio!!!

5lb in the first week 3lb in the second week, and all by cutting out snacking and eating no later than 8pm as well as running 3 times a week .

Love the web site great to have everything you need in one place and meet new people.
