adding own recipe???

morning all,
i want to add my own ingredients for english muffins and i can't says it is in database,,,well yes it is but it is 10 calories more then the ones i have i have searched all them and they all say 140 cal. mine are 130 ..any idea on how to add mine thank you

    here's a tentative solution to get the 130 cals showing (until someone posts how to effectively add it), can you select the 140 cal item and then say you have had .92 servings. not sure how comparable the carbs, fat, protein etc. grams will be.

    If its a recipe you can add each ingredient and serving size under the recipe tab.

    If its a repeat of a food item that you want to add and it won't let you duplicate it where it asks you if information is correct select "no" and edit the info to fit what yours says. Add reason for edit and save--this creates a new item with your corrected info, while keeping the old info on the other.

    Go to Food tab>>My Foods>>Create Food.

    Or use the "Recipe" tool if you're making something with several ingredients.

    If it's a recipe it might also be the name. Change the name of your recipe and it should work. :)
