Need some support!!

I'm 5'5" and at 178lbs, I want to lose at least 30lbs and I'm looking for friends with similar goals or just those that can give encouragement! I've been on this board for a while I just keep falling off the wagon :( I've been working out 5 days a week for about 45 mins/day ... I've started eating better, it's a slow process, I'm trying to do it slowly so I don't feel deprived! I know this is a Lifestyle Change and not a diet. If your looking for a friend too that would be great!!
