To lose more weight, lose more body fat, or maintain...that

Yesterday at my gym I did 30 minute workout with the trainer I did 4 sessions with after joining about a year ago. My current weight was 140 lbs (I was 170 when joining) and my body fat percentage went from 27% to 18%. My original goal when I first started at 187 was to get down to 145, but when I got to 145 I still wasn't satisfied. I revised my goals to 130, and started doing more weight training. At my lowest weight (about 2 months ago) I was 137 with 20% body fat. Even though I've gained 3 lbs, my body fat % has went down 2%. At this point, I'm not sure if it'd be more beneficial to focus on losing more body fat (getting down to 15%) or 10 lbs. I'd rather have less body fat than a small number on the scale. I said once I got to 130 I'd focus solely on toning, but maybe now is the time to start that. What advice do you all have, if any? Thanks.
