Body Fat / weight / diet questions?

Hi,
I joined here end of November 2011. I was 96kg/211 lbs and more than 25% fat. I went running and bycle (I love it, I simply chose what I love to do) about 12h/week until te end of the year. I wish to run my first marathon on September 2012. I went down to 90kg/198lb (I am 1m90/62 feets) quite easily. After a lot of readings, I understand that increasing my muscular mass would actually help me to decrease my body fat so after 2 weeks of complete workouts, I am 17% body fat but still 90kg/198lbs (muscle increase on upper body). My goal is to reach 8-10% by getting a good combination of diet/strength training/cardio/sleep. I can say that I plan this over 3-4 months and I am in phase 1 with focus a general increase of muscles over the body and good diet habits
My questions are (no worry if we do not answer them all
):
WEIGHT
Is there a weight for me at which it is easier to lose body fat?
What shoud me my final weight goal?
Should this weight be different during phase 1?
BODY FAT/DIET
Knowing that I have too much bodyfat since I quit drinking mom's milk, is my goal too high?
What should be my goal on protein/carbs/fat?
Is the fat in cheese/yogurt healthy? In what proportion can I eat them?
