Let's Try It Again in 2012...

Hi Everyone....first of all: I'm almost 44 years old, 6'1" and weigh 277# (yikes!)

My target weight is 198#

Here's my plan for 2012 as I start MFP for the first time!

1. Drink 1 gallon of water per day (no alcohol & minimal caffeine)
2. Cardio X 60 minutes per day X 5-7 days per week
3. "100 Push-Up Challenge" --> thanks pipinana!
4. 1800 calories per day
5. 6 "small" meals per day
6. Only chicken & fish (no beef or pork)
7. Pilates 1 - 2 times per week
