Soy Butter vs Peanut butter

I just bought my first jar of soy butter, & comparing labels to the Natural Peanut butter I already eat, thay are about the same. The soy tastes much sweeter, which may not be good since I tend to eat straight from the jar. Do any of you prefer one over the other?? Does it really matter??

In my opinion, both are unhealthy. Go with Macadamia or Almond butter.

I prefer the sunflower seed butter the few times I've had it. I've had soy butter, but eh... unfortunately, I'm allergic to nuts so soy and sunflower are my only options.

Avoid soy whenever possible. Especially men. Read your labels as it's found in almost everything.
