Hello you guys might remember me as 'malzie'
I had great support from the mfp family, so much that I went from a size 18 to 12 between March and May. I had great success, until I meet my fiance' by the end of June

my intake started to go south... I guess not knowing how to be in a relationship, does have its downfalls when your trying to better yourself. I didn't want him knowing I was logging my food so I started to be careless to myself and my image. Reason being I didn't want him thinking I was weird and just a girlie girl trying to be a shy eater around him. I went from never ate outside food to fast food..stop eating after 8-9 pm to eating didnt stop til 3am in the morning. cooking my high protein meals to fast breakfast.. only eating chicken and turkey to fatty ground beef
working out 'double time' was the HEART OF A TRUE MFPal lol to a bump on a log bum
I went from well on my way to positive success 160 (goal was 120 - 130) SP was 212 somewhere around there





To a tumbling 223 as of today
only my face but the scale tells it all

I want the support I had back, I tried to make my account just me myself and I awhile back but as of today its not even possible for me to keep encouraged with just myself words.
Comments and adds would make me grateful to see hopefully gaining old friends back and new friends too.

Hi there! I have a similar story. I joined mfp in late 2010, lost 40lbs, and regretably gained it back (plus some). I am soooooo serious about losing that weight plus some for good this time. I would love to be friends!0

Thank you!! it sucks because it was only 6 months ago I looked like this!!
I will love to help my pals out, I was always there and then I lost myself.
