MFP doesn't count any calories burned for weight training...so how am I supposed to know what is an appropriate number of calories to take in after a weighted workout? I'm on 1200 calories a day and I don't want to go majorly over that. But maybe it's ok to go over if I'm "burning" "exercise" calories? What do you think? I am trying to lose about 15 lbs but also gain/tone a bit of muscle.
