Vitamin C

Apparently I've been going over my daily recommended amount for Vitamin C (at least by 200-400% every day). MFP calculates by percentage and doesn't give the actual mg amount... which google says is 2000mg MAX every day. How can I figure out if I'm overdoing it?

    I wouldn't really worry about it. Your body will store extra for a few days and if that doesn't get used, it will get flushed away naturally. :)
